actypes.lst listesinin düzenlenmesi – 1-Editing actype.lst list file

Belirtilen konuma gidin à Go to Location: C:\Falcon BMS 4.34\Data\Sim\Acdata
Actypes.Lst dosyasını bulup Notedefteri ile açın. à Find actypes.lst and open with notepad
Listenin başındaki sayıyı 1 arttırın. à Increase the number at the top of the list by 1.
Uçağın Acdata ismini küçük harfli olarak listenin sonuna ekleyin à Add the acdata name of the aircraft in lower case to the end of the list. jf17(burada eklediğimiz örnek uçağın adı)
Ardından oradaki uçaklardan istediğiniz birinin data dosyasını kopyalayıp adını jf17 olarak değiştirin ya da başka senaryodan temin ettiyseniz buraya kopyalayın. à Then copy the data file of one of the planes there and change its name to jf17 ( I used JA-37 acdata file(ja37.dat), if you want you can use F-CK-1C data file(fck1c.dat))

Ok did all the steps you mentioned(1,2,3 and 4). Now just need to know how to add a folder under the Parents with the lod files and if any steps in LoadEditor as I want to add JF-17 as a new plane to show up not a replacement.

Ok started adding another aircraft (Tejas)
I went all the way to step-7 and then realized if I tried to open up editor it didn't open
I restored from backup and tried again.

I see the issue is in step-1, when I increament the top number on acdtypes.lst to 180 and add a new entry for Tejmk1 the BMS Editor doesnt even open in step-1, I made one change to make the actypes.lst to 179 (kept every thing else in there from step-1 to step-6 including the extra entry for Tejmk1 in acdtypes.lst) then the editor opens up no issues.
Problem is if we don't make it 180 the tejasmk1.dat file doesnt show up in the editor then in ACD window, the last one shows is jf17 (the last one we entred), I think we need to have it 180 but with 180 the editor doesnt open up or the game doesnt even launch

Apparently it was the .dat file I was using that created an issue
Previously i made copy of FC-K-1 this time I made a copy of Mirage-2000-C and that created a problem, I made a new copy of tejmk1.dat out of FKC-1 and it allowed the editor to open

Another issue when adding an AWACS (SAAB-2000)
I was able to add it all, but only challenge I am seeing is that in the ACD Drop down I am not seeing ACD181 as the list finishes at ACD180, although I changed actyples.lst to 181 at the top and created the entry
I can see the saab2e.dat file I created as a copy of EC2 and can select it but problem is if I am not able to map it to ACD 181 I have to map it to ACD167 which is EC2. So all works but now EC2 is also using the same .dat file as SAAB2000. Let me send screen shots.
All is good but just wanted to use the separate aircraft data file

yes doing it, added 4 planes increasing the number at top all the way now to 184 but in the Editor only it shows upto ACD180 and not increasing after that, so kind of stuck for actypes.lst i see 184. You can see my full file here, all the new one's are at the bottom. But it stopped updating after ACD180 which is tejmk1

Thanks got it, one question I had on the cokcpitwing.lod, i know it goes into a different parent folder per your tutorial but where do we update it then in the database or lodeditor. I updated the main parent but not sure where to update the parent # for cokcpitwing.lod

you can use lod editor. you need parent number for this. firstly you learned that parent number was given us at first loading step(step17) with lod editor wizard. Lod editor provide it for you. I you noted it so if you know it then build db old and open it with the lod editor. type winglod parent number on Parent section then press normal button and replace it with you want lod file.

if you didnot note it check your all added parents
from top to bottom on view mod and find it.
